Pricing & Availability All product prices shown include VAT at the current UK rate and are exclusive of delivery. Most of our items show the So Lippy price compared against the RRP. This refers to the UK Recommended Retail Price which is the price the manufacturer recommends goods are sold at in the UK market, or the price that retailers within the UK market are currently offering the same product. All products are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

Payment Payment can be made using any of the following methods
Credit / Debit card Pay securely by credit or debit card using our secure payment processor SECPay through Paypoint.
Credit / Debit card or NOCHEX (via NOCHEX ) and (UK only cards accepted) You do not need a NOCHEX account for payments up to £100.
Credit / Debit card or PayPal (via PayPal ) and You do not need a PayPal account.
Cheque/Postal Order Send a UK cheque or postal order to us.
If paying by card, you will be taken to an external site to securely enter your payment details. Once finished you will automatically be redirected back to So Lippy and the order will be completed.
All necessary information for sending cheques / Postal Orders will be given to you at the last stage of the order process. You will receive confirmation and updates by e-mail which containing this information.
Delivery The delivery charges shown on the website are for UK mainland and Europe only. All items sent within the UK will be sent by 1 st Class Recorded delivery, or Parcel Force for heavier items. Most items will be delivered within 6 – 10 working days, however, please allow up to 28 days.
Cancellation of Orders
Under the Consumer Protection ( Distance Selling ) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days, starting the day after receipt of the goods, without giving a reason. This is your cooling off period. The item must be returned within 7 days, unused and in the condition as despatched by us. We will not refund payments for cancelled goods which have been, used or damaged.
The return must be sent back to the address listed below and must be received back within 10 working days. Applicable refunds will then be made within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
